Place freshly cooked (preferred) or rinsed 16 oz canned black black beans into processor or blender, add 8 oz of coconut milk then fill to the top with chicken or vegetable stock, add two cloves of fresh raw garlic, jalapeno to taste, ginger, salt and fresh lime juice. Blend then serve chilled. garnish with fresh cilantro, nectarine salsa (see previous post) , queso fresco (or any fresh white cheese), radish and tortilla chips. drizzle with fresh olive oil
